Exhibitors for the CONFERENCE will be able to set-up
Thursday, May 3, 2012 12:00 pm-5:00 pm

OR
Friday, May 4, 2012 6:00am-7:00am.

Exhibitors for the REGIONAL FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT will be able to set-up
Friday, May 4, 2012 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
OR
Saturday, May 5, 2012 6:00 am-8:00 am.


EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Recognition throughout event

• Exhibit space (6-foot skirted table & 2 chairs)

• Two (2) conference attendee registrations

• Thursday Reception / Friday Breakfast, Conference, Lunch,
   Reception & Dinner

• Saturday Hangar Breakfast & Maryland Regional Festival of Flight


EXHIBITOR FEE: $500 per exhibit
* (plus $45 each additional attendee over the 2 that are included)

EXHIBIT SPACE (Area will NOT be secure)

The sponsorship fee includes one (1) exhibit space, a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs. Electricity is not guaranteed. Exhibits must be able to fit in a 6-footwide space.

The deadline for registration and payment is April 26, 2012.
