The sponsorship fee includes one (1) exhibit space, a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs.  Electricity is not guaranteed.  Exhibits must be able to fit in a 6-foot wide space.  Will your organization be setting up an exhibit? Yes No

A block of rooms has been reserved for the “Maryland Aviation Conference” and
is available on a first-come, first-serve basis until August 11, 2008. 
Room rate is $110.00 per night.
